(3) Bias/gain adjustment [Pr. 300 to 303, 329]
For setting output frequency of when input signal is 0,
use [Pr. 300] for BCD code input, and use [Pr. 302] for
binary input.
For setting output frequency of maximum input signal
(999 or 9999 for BCD code input, and FFF
for binary input), use [Pr. 301] for BCD code input,
and use [Pr. 303] for binary input.
