exceeded.
1804H
During data link, invalid connection
structure has been detected.
• A CC-Link IE TSNClass B station is
connected further on the end side than
a CC-Link IE TSN Class A station.
• With the master station with a
communication speed of 1 Gbps, further
on the end side than a station with a
communication speed of 100 Mbps, a
station with a communication speed of 1
Gbps is connected.
• With the master station with a
communication speed of 1 Gbps, the
communication cycle setting of the
station with a communication speed of
100 Mbps is set to basic cycle or normal
speed (×4).
• With the master station with a
communication speed of 100 Mbps, a
station with a communication speed of 1
Gbps is connected.
• With the master station with a
communication speed of 100 Mbps,
"Communication Period Setting" of the
CC-Link IE TSN Class B station with a
communication speed of 100 Mbps is
set to low-speed.
• Communication speeds of master and
local stations do not match.
■Multicast mode
• A CC-Link IE TSN Class A local station
is connected further on the end side
than a CC-Link IE TSN Class A remote
station.
• When the master station with a
communication speed of 1 Gbps,
stations with a communication speed of
1 Gbps and 100 Mbps are connected on
the end side of the switching hub.
Action
■When the version of Add-on baseSystem is "1.8" or later
• Reduce the number of the CC-Link IE TSN Class B devices and TSN hubs
to eight or less in total for each port of the master station on the
transmission path from the master station to the CC-Link IE TSN Class B
device of the end.
Take any or both of the following.
• Update the master station to a version supporting the CC-Link IE TSN
protocol version 2.0.
• Update the firmware of the CC-Link IE TSN Class A devices to the latest
version, or replace the devices with ones that support the CC-Link IE TSN
protocol version 2.0.
■When the version of Add-on baseSystem is "1.7" or earlier
• Reduce the total number of stations to 31 (master station: 1, device
station: 30) or less.
• Reduce the number of CC-Link IE TSN Class B devices to eight or less for
each port of the master station.
Check the connection and setting on the end side of the station shown in
detailed information 2 and take the following actions.
• Connect a CC-Link IE TSN Class A station further on the end side than a
CC-Link IE TSN Class B station.
• With the master station with a communication speed of 1 Gbps, connect
the station with a communication speed of 1 Gbps on the master station
side rather than the station with a communication speed of 100 Mbps.
• With the master station with a communication speed of 1 Gbps, set the
communication cycle setting of the station with a communication speed of
100 Mbps to low-speed.
• If the master station has a communication speed of 100 Mbps, set the
communication speed of the device station to 100 Mbps.
• With the master station with a communication speed of 100 Mbps, set the
communication cycle setting of the CC-Link IE TSN Class B station with a
communication speed of 100 Mbps to basic period or normal speed (×4).
• Set the same communication speed for master and local stations.
• If the master station has a communication speed of 1 Gbps, set the 100
Mbps stations to general stations.
■Multicast mode
• Connect the CC-Link IE TSN Class A remote station further on the end
side than the CC-Link IE TSN Class A local station.
• If the master station has a communication speed of 1Gbps, do not connect
both a station with a communication speed of 1 Gbps and 100 Mbps on
the end side of the switching hub.
