than the master station and CC-Link IE TSN Class A devices exceeding 2K

In multicast mode, is the CC-Link IE TSN Class A remote station connected to
a local station or remote station that does not support the multicast filter?

Is a CC-Link IE TSN Class A device that supports the CANopen profile with

is used, does the station repeat disconnection and return even if
"Communication Period Setting" is set to "Low-Speed"?
Communications are unstable
When cyclic data transfer processing time or transmission delay time is long or when a transient transmission timeout
occurred, check the following items.
Check item
Is the L ER LED of the Motion module turned on?
Is the ambient temperature for the module outside the specified range?
Is any error shown in "Selected Station Communications Status Monitor" of
CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field diagnostics?
Is there any noise affecting the system?

4.4 Troubleshooting by Symptom
Action
• Restrict the number of stations to be connected so that the total cyclic data
size of 100 Mbps devices does not exceed 2K bytes.
• Connect 100 Mbps devices to the master station.
• Restrict the number of stations to be connected so that the total cyclic data
size of CC-Link IE TSN Class A devices does not exceed 2K bytes.
• Connect CC-Link IE TSN Class A devices to the master station.
• Connect the local station or remote station supporting the multicast filter to
the CC-Link IE TSN Class A remote station.
• Set unicast mode.
Update the master station firmware to Add-on baseSystem version "1.24" or
later.
Action
Use the following wiring and setting.
• Use only either P1 or P2 of the master station.
Action
If turned on, perform troubleshooting for a case when the L ER LED is turned
on. ( Page 142 When the L ER LED turns on)
Keep the ambient temperature within the specified range by taking action
such as removing heat source.
If an error is identified at P1 or P2, perform a cable test.
Change the placement and/or wiring of the modules so that the system is not
affected by noise.
