Multiple Sheets on the Processing Tray
When multiple sheets are stacked on the tray, the knurled belt could put the stack back to its initial
position after alignment. (Excess sheets could also interfere with the rotation of the knurled belt.)
To avoid such a problem, the knurled belt is released if 40 or more sheets exist on the processing
tray.
1. The trailing edge of the sheet moves past the delivery roller, and the sheet is butted against the
stopper by the paddle and the knurled belt.
2. The solenoid turns on in keeping with the alignment of the sheet to release the knurled belt.
