config mcast_filter_profile ipv6
Description
This command is used to add or delete a range of previously defined IPv6 multicast IP addresses to or
from the profile.
Format
config mcast_filter_profile ipv6 [profile_id <value 1-60> | profile_name <name 32>]
{profile_name <name 32> | [add | delete] <mcastv6_address_list>}(1)
Parameters
profile_id - Specify the ID of the profile.
<value 1-60> - The profile ID must be between 1 and 60.
profile_name - Specify the name of the profile.
<name 32> - The profile name can be up to 32 characters long.
profile_name –Specify a new name of the profile.
<name 32> - The profile name can be up to 32 characters long.
add - Specify to add a range of multicast IP addresses.
delete - Specify to delete a range of multicast IP addresses.
<mcastv6_address_list> - List of the IPv6 multicast addresses to be added to or deleted from
the profile. Either specifiy a single IPv6 multicast IP address or a range of IPv6 multicast
addresses using a hyphen.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To add the IPv6 multicast address range FF0E::100:0:0:20 – FF0E::100:0:0:22 to profile ID 3:

FF0E::100:0:0:20–FF0E::100:0:0:22
Command: config mcast_filter_profile ipv6 profile_id 3 add FF0E::100:0:0:20–
FF0E::100:0:0:22

delete mcast_filter_profile
Description
This command is used to delete a multicast address profile. If the IPv4 or IPv6 option is not specified,
IPv4 is implied.
