The table segments are unstable during assembly. Use caution, and support all structures as required.
Caution
Caution Some system components have metal and plastic edges with hard angles. These edges are exposed until
you complete system assembly. Use caution when you move around the system during assembly to avoid
contact with any exposed system edges.
Warning Only trained and qualified personnel should be allowed to install, replace, or service this equipment.
Table elements are heavy, and metal edges can be very sharp. Protect your hands and eyes from injury
Caution
by wearing safety gloves and glasses.
Caution In order to prevent scratching the table tops, you should avoid putting any tools on the shelf surfaces.
Note The directions left and right refer to the assembly as you face it from the front.
Warning Table legs are unstable until they are fully attached to the tabletop. Do not use unattached table legs
as tabletop supports while you attach tabletop segments. They can fall and cause injury or damage.
Cisco suggests you use the accessory cabinets to support and stabilize the table segments as you
install them.
Step 1 Remove the Metal packaging braces from the Molded foam bumpers.

21 Either splines (callout number 40) or
wooden biscuits are supplied with the
table sections; use either the splines or
the biscuits to join the table sections.
1 Attach these cords to the microphone
cables to reach the codec and audio/video
extension unit.
1 Use this to cover any imperfections for
the privacy panel that are caused by
assembly, shipping or handling.
