requiring a read-modify-write cycle.

GPIO10 Clear bit— asserts the GPIO10 line. Polarity of "clear" is
determined by the GPIO Control Register settings.
0 = does not affect the corresponding GPIO10 bit
1 = clear the corresponding GPIO10 bit

GPIO9 Clear bit— asserts the GPIO9 line. Polarity of "clear" is
determined by the GPIO Control Register settings.
