Replacement (cont'd)
4. Drive the new bearing into the flywheel using the
special tools.

5. Align the hole in the flywheel with the crankshaft
dowel pin. and instali the flywheel. Instali the
mounting bolts finger-tight.
6. Instali the special tool. then torque the flywheel
mounting bolts in a crisscross pattern in several
steps as shown.
Torque:
12x1.0mm
103 N'm 110.5 kgf·m.

Installation
1. Install the ring gear holder.

CLUTCH
RING GEAR HOLDER

or
07924 - PD20003
2. Apply grease to the spline of the clutch disc, then
install the clutch disc using the special tools.
NOTE: Use only Super High Temp Urea Grease
!PIN 08798 - 90021.
3. Install the pressure plate.
