If
the
charging system
light
does not come on or does not
go
off. or th

battery is dead
or
low, test
the
following
items in
the order listed below:

Battery
(see section 23)

Alternator

Alternator/regulator

ignition
switch
ON

and make
sure
the
charging
sys-
tem light comes on.

fuse and

blown charging

bulb. If the fuse

bulb are OK, repair the open in
the
WHT/BLU
wire.
Perform the Alternator/Regufator
