Remove the
cylinder
head
cover.
2.
Remove the middle cover
(see
page 6-11).
3.
Set
the
No.
1
piston
at
TDe.
Th
e
"UP" mark on the
pulleys
should
be al Ihe lOP,
and
the TOC marks
on
the pulleys
should
align
with the pointers
on
the back
cover.

Adjust the
valves
on No.1
cylinder.
Intake:
0.08 - 0.12 mm 10.003 - 0.005 in)
Exhaust:
0,16
-
0.20 mm 10.006 - 0.008 in)
5.
Loosen the locknut. and turn the adjustment screw
until the feeler gauge slides back
and
forth with
a
slight
amount of
drag.
