Error description
Failed to create the directory.
An error has been detected in the SD memory
card.
• In the multiple CPU system, the control CPU
setting in the system parameters is different
from that of other numbered CPU modules.
• An error has been detected in the I/O module or
intelligent function module during the initial
processing.
• A major error has been detected from the I/O
module or intelligent function module.
An error has been detected on the system bus.
An error has been detected on the system bus.

Corrective action
• Check if the file is being deleted.
• Delete unnecessary files on the SD memory
card to ensure free space.
• Replace the SD memory card.
• Format or reinsert the SD memory card. If the
same error is displayed again, a hardware
failure may occur in the SD memory card.

• When the write protect switch of the SD
memory card is locked, unlock the switch and
insert the card.
• Review the system parameters of the second or
higher numbered CPU modules and match
them with those of the smallest numbered CPU
module.
• A hardware failure may occur in the module.
