Step 4 After 24 hours, if the pressure drop is less than 0.01 MPa, the pipes do not leak.
Open the exhaust valve using a screwdriver, and close the valve when there is no
airflow through the valve. Then you can perform the following operations.
Step 5 After the leakage test has been performed and gas has drained, re-wrap the
needle valve with thermal insulation foam.

4.4.5 Injecting Water to Expel Gas

Prerequisites
Issue 05 (2022-12-15)
If the pressure decreases, find out and repair the leakage point by using soap
bubbles.
If the pressure is preserved properly, exhaust nitrogen and wrap pipes and
joints with thermal insulation foams.
Nitrogen must be expelled before injecting water.
To avoid blockage of the heat exchanger in the smart cooling product due to
foreign matter from the main pipe during the construction, you are advised to
clean the main pipe before water is supplied to the smart cooling product.
Turn off the isolation valves on the water inlet and outlet pipes before the
cleaning and turn them on afterwards.
