Symptom
The pressure
difference cannot
be controlled.
The damper does
not operate.
Issue 05 (2022-12-15)
Possible Cause
The micro differential
pressure sensor is faulty.
The pressure tube is
blocked or over-bent.
The position of the
static pressure tube is
improper.
The actuator cable is
not properly connected.
The actuator is faulty
and does not operate.
The damper is stuck.

9 Troubleshooting
Reference Solution
Replace the micro differential
pressure sensor.
Replace the pressure tube or
route the pressure tube again.
Select another pressure point.
Check and reconnect the cable
to the motorized damper
actuator.
Replace the actuator.
Replace the motorized damper.
