Symptom
Water leaks at the
bottom of the
unit.
The drainage
capacity of the
unit decreases.
The heating
function fails.
No water is
supplied to the
water inlet
solenoid valve of
the humidifier.

The thermal insulation

damaged.

9 Troubleshooting
Reference Solution
Check whether thermal
insulation foam of the unit is
securely installed and repair the
damaged thermal insulation
tube.
not over-bent.
Check the pipes and weld the
pipe or fasten related bolts if the
pipes leak.
Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
Check that drainpipes are free
from bends and traps. Ensure
that the pipes are not blocked.
Check whether the temperature
switch is faulty. Replace the
faulty switch.
Disconnect the power supply
and check whether the electric
heater is damaged by checking
the electric heater resistance
properties with an ohmmeter.
Restore the water supply.
Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
Reconnect the cable.
Replace the wet film humidifier.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the differential pressure
switch.
