Symptom
The northbound
communication is
abnormal.
The T/H sensor
cannot detect the
humidity and
temperature.
Condensate water
exists on the
surfaces of the
front or rear
panel.
The temperature
control of the unit
is abnormal.
Issue 05 (2022-12-15)
Possible Cause
The northbound
communications cable is
incorrectly connected.
The settings on the
display module are
incorrect.
The temperature and
humidity sensor is
faulty.
The communications
cable to the T/H module
is incorrectly connected.
The operating
environment of the
FusionCol8000-C is
extremely humid.
The temperature
threshold is set to a
much smaller value.
The valve plug of the
chilled water valve is
reversely installed.
The chilled water valve
is stuck.
The temperature and
humidity thresholds are
improper.
Alarms, such as water
overflow and no
refrigerant output, are
generated.
The chilled water valve
is faulty or the cable
connection is incorrect.

9 Troubleshooting
Reference Solution
Check that the northbound
communications cable is
connected to the northbound
COM port on the main control
module.
Ensure that the corresponding
T/H sensor is enabled on the
display module.
If the T/H sensor still cannot
detect the temperature and
humidity after the sensor is
enabled, replace the sensor in
time.
Check whether a northbound
communications cable is
incorrectly connected to the T/H
sensor RS485/12V port on the
front panel of the main control
module.
Enhance the airtightness of the
equipment room.
Adjust the temperature and
humidity thresholds.
Check that the chilled water
valve plug is correctly installed.
Replace the chilled water valve.
Adjust the temperature and
humidity thresholds.
Check the alarm causes and
clear the alarm manually.
Replace the actuator or
reconnect the cable.
