Before installing the pipe, release all nitrogen from the pipe to avoid personal
injury.
● The chilled water pipes should be closely wrapped with thermal insulation
foam (the thickness is less than 20 mm) along the route. Ensure that the foam
is in close contact with the pipes.
● After pipes are routed for the unit, seal the gaps between the pipes and the
pipe holes.
● Connect pipes routed from the top onsite. Do not remove the side pipe plug.
To minimize the noise due to vibration of the unit, perform the following
operations:

Step 1 Remove the top hole cover.

When the routing direction of the chilled water pipe is changed, add a
fastener at the position that is 1000 mm away from the changing point.
When the chilled water pipe is straight, add a fastener every 2500 mm.

Onsite personnel prepare the required materials and install the fasteners.
