4.7.2 Removing the Pallet

Context
● Wear protective gloves when unpacking the device.
● Use a pallet truck to transport the cabinet secured to a wooden support to the
installation position. Insert the forks of the pallet truck in the middle position
to ensure balance.
● To prevent shocks or falls, move the cabinet gently.
● After placing the cabinet in the installation position, unpack it and take care to
prevent scratches. Keep the cabinet steady during unpacking.
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the four bolts from the bracket angles connecting the water cooling
module and the pallet, and then remove the outdoor unit from the pallet, as
shown in following figure.

Step 2 Remove the water cooling module from the pallet.

4.7.3 Securing a Water Cooling Module

Place the water cooling module on a concrete base, and align the mounting holes
with the holes in the concrete base. Secure the water cooling module to the
concrete base using four M12 x 60 stainless steel expansion bolts to a torque of 45
N·m.

If they exist, remove each valve bonnet and use it to press the valve plugs in
turn. If nitrogen is exhausted, the system is working properly. If no nitrogen is
exhausted, contact Huawei technical support.
