Possible Cause
● The temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors
are located in
inappropriate
positions.
● The thermal load
power is low.
● The ambient
temperature is
below the lower
threshold.
● The low
temperature alarm
threshold is
inappropriate.
● The value detected
by the temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor is
different from the
actual value.
● The thermal load is
low.
● The ambient
humidity exceeds
the upper
threshold.
● The temperature
and humidity
sensor is not
installed in a
proper position.
● The high humidity
alarm threshold is
inappropriate.
● The value detected
by the temperature
and humidity
sensor is different
from the actual
value.
8 System Maintenance
Solution
1. Adjust the positions
of the temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors.
2. Contact Huawei
technical support.
3. Measure the
ambient
temperature. Check
whether other
causes exist if the
alarm persists in a
long time after
startup.
4. Adjust the low
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor.
