8.3 Troubleshooting

Fan
If any of the following exceptions occurs when the fan is running, shut down the
fan and rectify the fault:
● The motor current exceeds the rated value on the nameplate.
● The fan generates abnormal noise during operation.
● The fan vibrates violently.
● The temperature rise of the motor is too high.
● One of the fans is faulty.
Cut off the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.

Enter the diagnostic mode,
start the water pump and
check whether the water
pump is leaking.
When the outdoor ambient
temperature is lower than 3°C,
close the water inlet valve,
open the drainage valve, and
open the water pump
drainage port using a 17#
wrench to drain water. Open
the water inlet valve when the
water pump of the smart
cooling product runs for the
first time every year. After
water is filled and the water
pump starts working,
manually open the exhaust
plug of the water pump to
exhaust air.
NOTE
You are advised to replace the
water pump of the
FusionCol8000-E every four
years.

Troubleshooting
Seal the pipes again.
If the air is not completely
exhausted, air blockage may occur
and the water pump cannot spray
normally. In this case, you need to
manually exhaust air. When the
water pump is running, remove
the exhaust plug on the smart
cooling product. When water flows
out of the exhaust hole, reinstall
and tighten the exhaust plug.
