6.2.3 Selecting a Memory

To select a memory to set a checker (Memory 1 or Memory 2):
1.
Choose "Memory" from the checker menu.
The subwindow for memory selection is displayed.
2.
Select the desired memory number.
The displayed image is changed to the image of the type selected from the menu under Initial Settings in
ENVIRONMENT menu.

Extraction image is used for extracting the specific color of an imported image and
executes the checker for the extracted /not extracted parts. Refer to the User's
Manual (Color Extraction) for more information.
You do not have to make an image adjust with the AX40, but the image changes
depending on the aperture position of lens and brightness of a light for image
process. Adjust checking the live image.
Binary/Differential Binary image is used for setting a binary level for binarizing an
image. The pixels of more than min. gray level and less than max. gray levels are
displayed in white; otherwise, they are displayed in black. Eight binary level groups
A-H can be created per product type and memory. Change and choose binary level
following the steps described in the next section
