Sequence
Sequence is an order to search a template within a search area. There are up to five of phases for
searching. Sequence starts searching by compressing information about template and search area and
by lowering the compression rate higher steps. The higher compression ratio, the faster searching speed.
The lower the compression ratio, the slower searching speed. In addition, as the compression rate lowers,
searching can be performed in almost original image.
When template and search areas are set, the recommended sequence is assigned according to the area
size. Follow the steps below to change the items and setting values of the sequences.

Phases
Searching is performed at up to five of phases while changing compression ratio and other
conditions. You can set a phase from the 1st and to 5th.
Accuracy
Accuracy is a compression ratio described above. There are six types of compression ratio,
16, 8, 4, 2, 1, S. Accuracy 16, for example, refers to a compression of 16 x16 pixels (total
pixels: 256). Therefore, the smaller pixels the lower compression. It is necessary that the
higher step the lower accuracy. Accuracy "1" means that searching is performed without
compression. Accuracy "S" means that detection is executed per subpixel. If the accuracy is
set to "1" or "S", the phases after that will be erased and no more phases can be added.
(You cannot assign both "1" and "S" to one sequence. Example: phase 4TH=Accuracy 1,
phase 5TH=Accuracy S)
Detection Max.
Maximum value of the parts to be detected at the desired phases. If the Detection Max.
exceeds the Correspondence Min., the parts assigned to Detection Max. will be detected
from the highest level of correspondence first.
Correspondence
At the desired phase, detects the images with a value more than the preset correlation
Min.
values. If there is no image with a value more than the preset correlation value, searching
will be finished and resulting in "NG".
The Items Can Be Confirmed with a Sequence
Detection Count
Number of the parts that were detected at the desired phases
Correlation value
Correlation value of the parts that were detected at the desired phase. If multiple parts
are detected, the lowest correlation value will be displayed.
