7.3 Judgement Output (JD01 - JD99)

7.3.1 Main Functions

Judging the Inspection Result
The calculation results and checkers are judged totally. Up to 99 of judgement output expressions can be
set. If the expressions return true, the inspection result will be "OK"; otherwise, "NG".
Outputting to the External Device
The judgement results can be output to the external device, such as D1-8, serial port, Ethernet port and
CF card. But, the AX40 can output only up to eight of the results of expressions that are set to "for output".
If the results are judged OK, "1" will be output and if they are judged "NG", "0" will be output.
Total Judgement
The judgement results that are registered as "Total judgement" can be displayed in color during
inspection. Only one of the judgement output expressions can be registered as "Total Judgement".
Conditional Expressions for Saving Images
Conditional Expressions for saving images can be registered. If the results of the registered conditional
expressions are judged "NG", the memory images will be saved in the AX40.
