6.4.2 What is Binary Window?
Binary Window:
For a binary image, the binary window lets you measure the number of pixels in black and in white. For
an extraction image, it allows you to measure the number of pixels in "extract" or "not extract" color. If the
number of measured pixels is within the limitation you have set, it will be judged "OK"; otherwise, it
judged "NG".
