3 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the pipe support is worn out or
not properly fixed, replace and
tighten the support by following
instructions in NetCol5000-A 20 kW
Air-Cooled In-Row Precision Air
Conditioner User Manual.
If there is condensation under a
pipe, replace the thermal insulation
foam.
Troubleshooting
If a system event exception is found,
troubleshoot by referring to
documents delivered with the
RH2288 server.
If the running indicator blinks at
short intervals, check that power
supply of the ECC500 collector
is normal, and check that the
communications cable between
the ECC500 and the host is
properly connected.
If the alarm indicator is on, view
and handle the alarms.
If the indicator is in an abnormal
status, troubleshoot by following
instructions in VCN500 Product
Documentation.
