Step 5 Install a new VCN500.

Step 6 Reconnect the cables and the power plug of the VCN500.
Step 7 Check whether the new VCN500 is working properly.

Push the VCN500 into the cabinet along the guide rails and gently press down the
buttons on the upper and lower mounting ears.

Tighten the captive screws in the ears using a Phillips screwdriver to close the mounting
ear buttons.

If the VCN500 power indicator is steady green, the VCN500 is working properly.
If the network port ACT indicator blinks green, data transmission is normal.
If the hard disk active indicator blinks green, the hard disk reads data properly.
