Step 5 Open valves 1 and 2 to charge extinguishant into the fire cylinder, and close valve 2 when the
required amount is charged.

Step 6 Open valve 3 to charge nitrogen into the fire cylinder until the pressure gauge reading reaches
2.5 MPa. Then reset the camshaft to close the fire cylinder.
Step 7 Close valves 3 and 1, and remove the hose and camshaft device.
Step 8 Record the fire cylinder weight after the charging is complete, and move the fire cylinder off
the platform scale.
Step 9 Subtract the net weight from the weight after charging, and you can obtain the weight of the
charged extinguishant. Record the weight of charged extinguishant on the corresponding
position of the fire cylinder label using a marker.
Step 10 Reinstall the safety pin and electromagnetic valve.
