Additional functions
14.3 Axis container (AXCTSWE, AXCTSWED, AXCTSWEC)
Withdrawing the enable for axis container rotation (AXCTSWEC)
If required, the enable of the actual channel for axis container rotation can be withdrawn:
by programming AXCTSWEC in the part program, or
using a synchronized action (see "Withdrawing the enable for the axis container rotation
(AXCTSWEC) [Page 617]").
The following conditions must be fulfilled so that the function becomes active:
The actual channel must already have issued its enable signal for axis container rotation,
i.e. for this channel, system variable $AC_AXCTSWA[<n>] = 1.
Axis container rotation has still not started, i.e. system variable $AN_AXCTSWA[<n>] = 0.
After executing the AXCTSWEC command, system variable $AC_AXCTSWA[<n>] signals the
value "0" in this particular channel.
Axis container rotation with implicit GET / GETD
When axis container rotation is enabled, all container axes assigned to the channel are
assigned to the channel with GET/GETD. Axes cannot be released until the axis container
has been rotated.
Note
This behavior can be set using machine data. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions!
Note
Axis container rotation with implicit GET/GETD cannot be used for an axis in the "main run
axis" state (e.g. for a PLC axis), as this axis would have to exit this state for axis container
rotation.
