4.7 Measurements with touch trigger probe (MEAS, MEAW)
Reading measurement results
The measurement results for the axes acquired with probes are available in the following
variables:
• $AA_MM[<axis>]
Measurement results in the machine coordinate system
• $AA_MW[<axis>]
Measurement results in the workpiece coordinate system
No internal preprocessing stop is generated when these variables are read.
Note
A preprocessing stop must be programmed with STOPRE at the appropriate position in the
program. The system will otherwise read false values.
