LUBRICATING THE PEDAL

Lubricate the pivoting point and metal-to-metal
moving parts of the pedal.

1. Check:
Shift pedal position
G
Check the shift rod length "a".
Out of specification → Adjust.
Shift rod length
260.4–262.4 mm (10.25–10.33 in)
2. Adjust:

a. Loosen both locknuts "1".
b. Turn the shift rod "2" in direction "a" or "b" until
the specified shift rod length is obtained.
