You can delete a preset tour that you have programmed.
Using MAXPRO-mode/VCL/VCL UTC/Pelco P/Pelco D protocol:
1. Select 6 Function Programming
2. Locate and select the preset tour you want to delete. If the deletion is
successful, the message
Using Diamond/IntelliBus protocol:
Go to the Program menu and delete the preset tour.
You can enable still preset so that a freeze-frame of the last preset is displayed
on the monitor screen while the dome moves to the next preset. The effect is
similar to a video switcher switching between cameras. An asterisk is displayed
on the screen when the dome is moving between presets.
You can temporarily disable the still preset function by manually controlling the
dome. The still preset function is disabled until the dome is sent to another
preset.
To enable/disable still preset:
Select 5 Camera Options
A mimic tour is a memorized series of pan, tilt, zoom and focus commands that
can be recalled manually by the operator or automatically by a programmed
alarm. A mimic tour is useful when you want to scan a particular area on a regular
basis.
CAUTION
Avoid continuous mimic tour operation for
extended periods of time (more than eight hours) as this will
increase lens wear and maintenance expenses.
