Enter a unique name to identify the lock output
Configure how long a device assume to be normal status such as a hours,
minutes and seconds, Maximum time is 1:45:59
Toggle the start of the outputs between energized and de-energized upon

the Section Scheduling. Both TZ Card Toggle and First Card Rule
cannot be enabled at the same time
