Prescaler 3

Prescaler 3 has the following functions.
• Generation of baud rate for count clock of watch timer (source clock: main clock oscillation)
• Generation of baud rate for count clock of A/D converter (source clock: main clock oscillator)
• Interval timer (INTBRG)
