A.
Job Setup (Subtask 33-30-15-550-001-A01)
WARNING:

CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT AND CAN MAKE THE WARRANTY NOT
APPLICABLE.

DO NOT DROP OR HIT THE DOOR MOUNTED CARGO LOADING LIGHT DURING
THESE PROCEDURES. THE DOOR MOUNTED CARGO LOADING LIGHT
CONTAINS AN ASSEMBLY THAT CAN BE DAMAGED FROM INCORRECT USE.
CAUTION:
DO THESE PROCEDURES IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT TO PREVENT DAMAGE
TO MECHANICAL COMPONENTS.

Procedures for Honeywell Avionics Equipment Instruction Manual, for full instructions about
storage and transportation of the door mounted cargo loading light.
B.
Preservation (Subtask 33-30-15-550-002-A01)
(1)
Clean the door mounted cargo loading light with a A-A-59323 cleaning cloth to remove dirt,
dust, and unwanted material.
(2)
Do the preservation procedure for the door mounted cargo loading light. Refer to
MIL-STD-2073-1C, Method 41.
(3)
Put the door mounted cargo loading light in wrapping material, then in a plastic bag.
C.
Packing (Subtask 33-30-15-550-003-A01)
(1)
Put A-A-59135 dunnage, A-A-59136 cushioning, desiccant, and the door mounted cargo
loading light in a ASTM-D5118 shipping box, then seal with ASTM-D1974 tape.
D.
Storage (Subtask 33-30-15-550-004-A01)
(1)
Identify the ASTM-D5118 shipping box container. Refer to MIL-STD-129. Also, include the
overhaul date and location.
(2)
If the door mounted cargo loading light must be in storage for a long time, keep it in a location
with a temperature range of -22 to +131 F (-30 to +55 C).

Transportation (Subtask 33-30-15-550-005-A01)
(1)
When equipment is sent to Honeywell for warranty repair, use the approved ATA container,
or equivalent.
F.
Job Close-up (Subtask 33-30-15-550-006-A01)
(1)
Remove all tools, equipment, and unwanted materials from the work area.
