A.
Job Setup (Subtask 33-30-15-400-001-A01)
WARNING:

DO NOT DROP OR HIT THE DOOR MOUNTED CARGO LOADING LIGHT DURING
THESE PROCEDURES. THE DOOR MOUNTED CARGO LOADING LIGHT
CONTAINS AN ASSEMBLY THAT CAN BE DAMAGED FROM INCORRECT USE.
CAUTION:
DO THESE PROCEDURES IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT TO PREVENT DAMAGE
TO MECHANICAL COMPONENTS.

Obey the precautions.
(2)
The item numbers shown in the DPL are the same as the item numbers on the exploded view
illustration(s). To find a part number, find the part on the illustration and note the item number.
Find the item number in the parts list and read the correct part number. Item numbers refer to
the same figure until a different figure is specified.
(3)
Refer to the data written during disassembly for the location of the tie points and where to
connect the components and wires.
B.
Assembly of Door Mounted Cargo Loading Light (Subtask 33-30-15-400-002-A01)
(1)
If removed, push down on the lampholder retaining button, then slide the lampholder (105,
IPL Figure 1) into reflector (135) as shown in Figure 7001.
(2)
Make sure the lampholder retaining button snaps in place into the retaining hole provided
in the ferrule (123).
(3)
If removed, position the terminal (110) on the reflector (135) and attach with screw (115)
and nut (120).
(4)
If removed, position two terminals (100) on the lampholder (105) and attach with screws
(part of lampholder 105).
(5)
If removed, position one end of lens lanyard (50) on the lens assembly (-20) and attach
with a screw (55) and a nut (60).
(6)
Put the other end of the lens lanyard (50) on the light subassembly (-75) and attach with a
screw (25) and a nut (30).
