Pulse timer function block PULSTIMERQT

Identification
Function description
Pulse timer function block
Functionality
Triggered by a positive-going edge (logical 0 to 1 transition) on its input, the output of
PULSETIMERQT is activated (1) for a settable duration. During that time, changes in input value are
ignored.
When the output changes value, the timestamp of the output signal is updated.
The supported "quality" state bits are propagated from the input each execution to the output. A
change of these bits will not lead to an updated timestamp on the output.
