4.2.1
Binary outputs
The PSM02 or PSM03 module provides 10 output relay contacts. 6 of these are rated for making and
carrying high currents, and three of these include circuits for trip coil supervision. The remaining 4
relay contacts are intended for signaling; one of them is internally hardwired to indicate Internal Relay
Failure (IRF).
The BIO module provides 9 output relay contacts. Out of these, 3 are rated for making and carrying
high currents. The remaining 6 contacts are intended for signaling; some of them share a common
terminal, see the connection diagram for details.
