In addition to the actual (estimated) value, ACBMSCBR also provides the predicted mechanical CB
opening time for the operation. The predicted value is given on receiving the trip command
(OPCMDINP), and the actual value is given 300 ms after receiving the COPCMDLX command.
Based on the changeover of NO contact, the initial mechanical delay is evaluated as the time gap
between the instant of received close command and instant of NO changeover as shown in
276.
