NO TICE
After removal, seal the suction vent immediately to keep the system clean
and prevent moisture from entering the system.
Heat the discharge angle valve thread connection position using a heat gun
for 10 minutes. Secure the angle nut and pipe nut on the discharge side, as
shown by (2) in Figure
respectively. Then loosen the adjustable nut using a 30# adjustable wrench to
separate the pipe from the angle valve. After removal, seal the discharge vent
immediately.
Remove the two M8 screws below the compressor bracket, as shown by (3) in
Figure 11-13, using a 13# insulated torque socket wrench (or solid wrench),
and pull out the compressor and bracket.
NO TICE
Do not hold the suction and discharge vents when moving the compressor.
Remove the four nut washers and spring washers that secure the compressor
and bracket using a 13# insulated torque socket wrench (or solid wrench),
and remove the compressor.
