Prerequisites
● Before exhausting nitrogen, check whether the cooling system has good air
tightness. (Remove the bonnet from the exhaust valve and press the valve plug
to check whether there is a sound of air flow.)
● Open the exhaust valve of each heat exchanger to exhaust nitrogen onsite.

Before connecting chilled water pipes, exhaust all nitrogen in the pipes to avoid
personal injury.
Procedure
Step 1 Slowly open the exhaust valve to exhaust nitrogen.
Step 2 Fasten the exhaust valve when no air exhausts at the valve.

Procedure
Step 1 Combine units. Secure the connecting kits in the connection positions on the
display module side using screws, as shown in the following figure.
