Symptom
Water leaks from
the bottom of the
device.
The draining
capability of the
equipment
significantly
decreases.
The air filter is
blocked.
The pressure
difference cannot
be controlled.
The air damper
does not work.
Issue 01 (2022-12-30)
Possible Causes
Thermal insulation pipes
inside the device are
broken.
The condensate
drainpipe is blocked.
The pipes leak.
The water inlet solenoid
valve cannot be closed.
The drainpipe is over-
bent or a water trap
exists.
The air filter has been
used for too long and
become dusty.
The differential pressure
switch is faulty.
The differential pressure
sensor is faulty.
The pressure inlet tube
is blocked or over-bent.
The pressure point of
the static pressure tube
is inappropriately
located.
The actuator cables are
not properly connected.
The actuator is faulty
and cannot work.
The air damper is stuck.

9 Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Check whether thermal
insulation pipes inside the device
are securely installed and repair
the damaged thermal insulation
pipes.
Ensure that the drainpipe is not
over-bent.
Check the pipes, and weld them
or fasten the related nuts if the
pipes leak.
Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
Check that the drainpipe is not
over-bent or blocked and no
water trap exists.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the differential pressure
switch.
Replace the differential pressure
sensor
Replace the pressure inlet tube
or route the pipe again.
Select another pressure point.
Reconnect the cables to the air
damper actuator.
Replace the actuator.
Replace the air damper.
