4.3.1 Unpacking and Checking

Context
Move the unit closest to the installation position before unpacking it to facilitate
movement and avoid damage.
Procedure
Step 1 Check that the external package of the unit is intact. If any damage is found,
notify the carrier immediately.
Step 2 Check whether the exterior of the unit is in good condition and free of collision
marks or scratches. If any damage is found, notify the carrier immediately.
Step 3 Check the type and quantity of fittings against the packing list. If some fittings are
missing or do not comply with the models in the packing list, record the
information and contact the supplier immediately.

4.3.2 Checking the Nitrogen Pressure

Context
The device has been injected with 0.2–0.6 MPa Nitrogen before delivery. Check the
nitrogen pressure for nitrogen leaks.
Procedure
Step 1 Pull out and rotate the spring pin, and rotate the baffle plate to remove the air
filter.
Remove the upper-layer air filter and then the lower-layer one.

● During movement, do not tilt it for 90°.
● When using a forklift truck, pay attention to the labels at the front and rear forks to
prevent damage to the water pump area.

● Do not remove the plastic packing materials before connecting pipes and cables to
prevent dust and other foreign matter from entering the unit.
● After pipes and cables are connected, take dustproof and and anti-condensation
measures in a timely manner based on site requirements.

After the check is complete, keep the accessories properly.
