Step 4 Open the exhaust valve using a screwdriver, and close the valve when there is no
gas flowing through the valve. Then you can perform the following operations.
Do not exhaust nitrogen in the confined space. Ventilate the equipment room.
Step 5 After the leakage test has been performed and gas has exhausted, re-wrap the
needle valve with thermal insulation foam.

4.4.4 Injecting Water to Expel Gas

Procedure
Step 1 Open the main water inlet valve of the unit.
Step 2 Ensure that the needle valve and exhaust valve on the pipe are closed and the
chilled water valve is in the 100% state.
Step 3 Gradually open the exhaust valves. Air and chilled water flow out of the air
exhaust hose together.
Step 4 Adjust the exhausting speed until no bubble flows out of the hose.
Step 5 After gas is expelled, manually turn the chilled water valve to the 0 state.
Step 6 Close the exhaust valve.

4.4.5 Leakage Test with Water

If the pressure decreases, apply soapy water on the pipes, especially screw
threads to check for any leakage.
If the pressure is stable, wrap all water pipes and connectors with thermal
insulation foam.
Nitrogen must be expelled before injecting water.
To avoid blockage of the heat exchanger in the smart cooling product due to
foreign matter from the main pipe during the construction, you are advised to
clean the main pipe before water is supplied to the smart cooling product.
Turn off the isolation valves on the water inlet and outlet pipes before the
cleaning and turn them on afterwards.
