Monthly Maintenance)
Check that the thermal
insulation foam on the
chilled water pipe is
intact.
Check that the pipe
support base is intact and
securely installed.
Check that pipes do not
leak.
Check that the drainpipe
is free from leakage and
blockage.
Check that the pressure
inlet tube of the
differential pressure
sensor is not blocked or
bent.
Check that the cables to
the differential pressure
sensor are securely
connected.
Operation (Based on Semi-annual
Maintenance)
Use a high-precision T/H sensor to calibrate
T/H sensors.
Check that no foreign matter exists on the
heat exchanger surface.

Troubleshooting
Rewrap the thermal insulation foam.
Secure the base.
Close the water inlet stop valve and
rectify the linkage point.
If the drainpipe leaks, rectify the
leakage point. If the drainpipe is
blocked, clear the blockage inside
the pipe.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Reconnect the cables.
Troubleshooting
Calibrate or replace a
sensor if the
temperature deviation
is greater than 1°C or
the humidity deviation
is greater than 5%.
Remove foreign matter.
