Action
Correct the number of read/write points and send the SLMP message to the
CC-Link IE TSN-equipped module again.
Correct the number of read/write points and send the SLMP message to the

• Correct the start address or the number of read/write points so that the
request does not exceed the largest address and send the data to the CC-

equipped module using 003 and 002 of subcommands.
