2.3.2. Nozzle Change Procedure in the "Unit Adj." Window

Housing the Nozzle in the Stocker
1)
Select "Maint.", "Unit Adj." and
CHNG
"
Select the subject head, nozzle and
stocker and press the "Reset Nozzle
"button and press the [START]
button on the operation panel.
(2) Placing the Nozzle onto the Head
Select the subject head, nozzle and
stocker and press the "Set Nozzle"
button and press the [START] button
on the operation panel.
* When the nozzle is to be changed in the "Unit Adj." window, make sure to perform the
nozzle level teaching and nozzle position teaching after any nozzle change.
Example : Housing the nozzle No. 1 on the Head No. 1 to the Position No. 1 in the
H2 Stocker Section
