(7) Remove the "Head Unit Setup Supporting Jig" from the nozzle shaft assembly.
Remove the three bolts fixing the head unit setup supporting jig and nozzle shaft
assembly.
* A spring has been inserted into each nozzle shaft in the nozzle shaft assembly.
When the bolt is removed, by holding two or three locations in the head unit setup
supporting jig and outer casing with clips, the work can be completed by a single
individual.
* Each nozzle shaft and outer casing has the same serial No. Therefore, when the
nozzle shaft is assembled after cleaning, return it to the location on the outer
casing with the same serial No.
(8) Remove the V-packing from the outer cylinder section in the following figure and
wipe out old grease and dirt. Apply grease in the groove for the V-packing and apply
it slightly also inside.
* Pay attention to the direction (Groove is located in the lower section) for the V-
Packing when it is inserted.
