(6) After the position adjustment, check the following items and if there is no problem,
tighten the setscrews completely.
Y-axis MITSUTOYO scale head adjustment jig (t = 0.3mm): It can pass through.
Y-axis MITSUTOYO scale head adjustment jig (t = 0.5mm): It cannot pass through.
Note:
Basically, the position adjustment is performed only at one location.
(It is because the final adjustment is performed using the software (PC)).

Finally, check the following items and if

1.The scale head jig with thinkness
0.3mm can be entered without
problem.
2.The scale head jig with thinkness
0.5mm can not be entered.
