4.18. Servo Amplifier Change Procedure

4.18.1. Servo-Amplifier Removal

[Precautions before the work]
 Perform the operation taking care not to bend the optical fiber cables.
 In order to loosen the setscrews for the servo amplifier main body, prepare a screwdriver
with the bit length of 30cm or more.
(1) Shut down the machine and turn OFF the breaker.
(2) Component Arrangement Locations
 H2 – XY Servo Amplifier (Remove the cover under the machine rear).
 H1 – XY Servo Amplifier (Remove the cover under the machine front).
H2-XY Servo Amplifier Arrangement (Rear Side)
(3) When the servo amplifier on the H1 side is to be changed, remove the cover on the
lower section of the machine front. Remove the head section motor amplifier unit.
(4) Disconnect the cables of the servo-amplifier to be removed.
