(5) Perform the power tuning for the amplifier using the following procedure. Set the
power tuning value to "1000" without the tape feeder. Set the SET/RUN switch to
"RUN" and press the MODE key for three seconds or more. The power tuning will be
started.
The power tuning will be performed as follows and the threshold will be displayed in
the sub digital section.
(6) Set the amplifier's threshold to "500" using the following procedure.
Set the SET/RUN switch to "RUN" and press the UP/DOWN key to set the sub digital
indication to "500".
* Three second later, the normal display will be returned.
(7) For the pick-up error detection, set the sensor jig height to "107.5mm" and check that
the light level is "300" to "600". Perform it on the both sides and check that the
difference in the light level is within 50.
(8) For the pick-up error detection, set the sensor jig height to "108.5mm" and put the
block on it. Then, arrange it so that the light is received in the lower side and check
that the light level is "800" or more. For 1CH and 2CH, this operation should be
performed on the both sides.
(9) After the amplifier setting, return the CH switch to "CH1".
