Restoring Setting Data
When you restore the backed up setting data in the PV310, follow the steps below. Note that whole setting data
stored in the PV310 are erased after restoring the setting data.
1.
Select "CARD" from the menu bar in the SETUP mode.
The CARD menu is displayed.
2.
Select "Restore".
The subwindow appears.
If the following message appears, check if the Compact Flash memory card is
properly inserted.
E0220 CF card not inserted.

Move the cursor to the number right next to the "Setting Data" and press the ENTER key. Assign the
number of the folder in which the setting data you want to restore exist (01 to 99)
You can specify only the number of the folder of the setting data that exist in the
Compact Flash memory card.
4.
Specify the number of the setting data and press the ENTER key.
Restoring the setting data starts.
When restoration completed, the restore menu disappears and a product type of the smallest number which
exists in the restored setting data is called up.
Even when only one Product type file exists in the source folder, all of the Product type data saved in the PV310
will be erased while restoring the setting data.
To add just one Product type to the Product type data which is currently stored in the PV310, follow the
procedure below.
- Back up the Product type data stored in the PV310.
- Add the Product type data file to add to it, using devices such as a computer.
- Restore the folders to the PV310.
